Rates:
With the addition of a backup generator the rates have increased to $2000 per week for two adults. The rate for each additional
guest is $150 per week. Rates for partial weeks with a four
night minimum are available during some periods upon request. The deposit to hold the rental will be
one half the rental fee for each week reserved.
There are no other fees or taxes involved but I can accept credit cards with a 3% surcharge to accomidate the fee charged to me through PayPAl.
Terms and Conditions
When I receive a request for a rental period, the reservation
is held for four days pending
receipt of the required deposit. Holding the reservation entails an email to the Bahamas to notify my agent of a potential rental and to indicate
to any other interested party that a rental is pending. The rental
will be
confirmed by return email and the open dates removed from this page
upon receipt of the
payment. The balance of the rental
cost is due ninety days prior to the rental period. Any
rental period request falling within the ninety day period prior to the arrival
date must be paid in full to be confirmed. The reason for the advanced
collection of the rental fee is to allow time to fill any cancellation,
and if the rental is filled, to also refund all money paid in advance by the guest
canceling.
I highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover last minute
cancellations due to unforeseen situations.

Please always send an e-mail in addition to a phone message, I live in a rural area with poor phone service and
the answering machine is very undependable at all times.
I don't remember how many times the last part of the message with the return
telephone number was garbled or cut off . The underground cable is
a long run and picks up a hum that makes separating the buzz from the message
sometimes impossible. If you don't hear back from me, I didn't get your
message. Please leave your phone number loud and slow and if I can get it I will give you a call.

A LITTLE HEADS UP: On my last experience with Delta my carry-on was offered to be placed below for my ease of boarding. It has always been handy after leaving the aircraft in Marsh Harbour to have my carry-on handed to me at the foot of the boarding steps to the aircraft. On this occasion Delta some how lost my luggage on the short 75 foot distance from the door to the aircraft and the storage below deck. They then sent my carry-on along with that of 10 other passengers on a flight to Nassau. Lesson learned, never turn loose of your carry-on in exchange for one of those pink claim checks.
